Judicial Conduct Board: Probable cause for formal charges against ex-traffic court judge

Update, 5 p.m. March 1 Documents were released today by the Judicial Conduct Board detailing the accusations against Singletary and the finding of enough probable cause to file charges against him.

The report details Singletary’s encounter with the female employee, who says Singletary showed her photos of his genitals.

The Inquirer reports Singletary will have to submit his resignation again because his first notice came via iPhone. State law requires judges to resign directly to the governor, which means Singletary owes Tom Corbett a call.
