    The number of days substitute teachers can fill a full-time position has been limited.

    Information must be complied on contracts issued by school districts to minority- and female-led business.

    Licensed health and medical professionals must bill Medicare within 90 days of the completed insurance payment.

    Teenager mothers and their children must be kept together when placed in protective custody.

    State agencies must purchase biofuels instead of fossil fuels when reasonable.

    Some laid off law enforcement officers can be rehired without employers having to consult Civil Services lists.
