Seven suburban companies getting $2 million in grants

    Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania will give $1.975 million to seven suburban Philadelphia companies for early-stage grants.
    The Philadelphia Businesses Journal reports companies in Malvern, Glen Mills, Devon, Bala Cynwyd and West Chester will split the money from the Navy Yard-headquartered Ben Franklin, which promotes tech-based economic development.
