A helpful (and frustrated) reader points out to us that Phila.gov has a dearth of information about the subject. He had trouble finding the 2011 schedule.
After some digging, he stumbled upon PhiladelphiaStreets.com and immediately found the correct 2011 schedule there.
“Since this affects fully one-fifth of the residential population of Philly,” he asks, “don’t you agree it is a significant gap in city services?”
Thank goodness someone is paying attention.
