Serial attacker

    Fresh off the heels of the announcement that the strangulation deaths of two women in Kensington are related comes news of a series of sexual assaults in Chinatown.
    Three women reported assaults within a 90-minute span last night, the Inquirer reports. The attacks took place on Vine Street around Ninth, 10th and 11th streets.
