Seniors flock to YMCA for healthy living expo
NewsWorks reader and contributor Bob Shipman was on hand for the 9 a.m. start of Pa. Sen. Shirley Kitchen’s seventh annual Senior Healthy Living Expo at the Columbia North YMCA.
Bob tells us about 600 seniors registered from nearby churches, assisted living homes and other neighborhood pegs. Kitchen greeted them as they arrived to learn about things like AARP, Alzheimer’s, employment and more.
