Police confirm a second body has been pulled from the Delaware River just after crews pulled up the sunken Duck Boat that crashed into a Philadelphia-owned barge Wednesday.  The body surfaced as a salvage barge, carrying the wreckage, began to move away from the scene of the accident toward a Coast Guard facility in South Philadelphia.  Another body, that of 16-year-old Dora Schwendtner was identified earlier today after a fisherman spotted it early this morning in the river.  A second victim of the crash, 20 year old Szabolcs Prem, remains missing and is presumed dead.  It’s not yet clear whether the recovered body is that of Prem.
