Second-best attendance ever for Philadelphia Auto Show

Second only to the 2004 event, the Philadelphia Auto Show saw near-record attendance this year.

More than 250,000 people visited the nine-day show, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports, with more than 57,000 people stopping by in a single day.

To put that in perspective, that’s like selling out Citizens Bank Park 5.5 times in nine February days. In the Auto Show’s 110-year history, only 2004 saw better attendance than this year’s event, where green was all the rage.
