Scoop the poop
Residents of tightly packed sections of Philadelphia are no doubt familiar with a very smelly problem: piles of dog–mess that careless owners fail to pick up.
Several Old City neighbors decided to do something about it.
It started with a small group of community members posting signs, which featured a bull dog wearing a military-type helmet, reminding owners to “Scoop the Poop.”
NewsWorks Tonight Producer, Shai Ben-Yaacov, sat down with two of them who are leading an effort to clean up the mess.
