Scenes from DC: Crowds gather for Obama’s 2nd term inauguration

NewsWorks photographer Kimberly Paynter boarded a bus from Delaware at 4 a.m. Monday and hit the road for Washington, D.C., to witness President Barack Obama’s second inauguration.
