Prisoners in Pennsylvania are making license plates.
Sound familiar? It’s happening in New Jersey, too, as we read in a Star-Ledger feature story last week. Now the Patriot-News has its own feature story about how inmates in Fayette County, Pa., make the license plates for the Commonwealth.
