Rutgers moves to regulate ‘grease trucks’

    Rutgers’ beloved “grease trucks” are finding themselves in hot oil  with the university, reports the Star Ledger of New Jersey.

     

    A new proposal would require the popular food trucks to leave Lot 8 every night. The move is part of a larger, budget conscious effort, to get the trucks to pay more for their spaces by bidding for the spaces. The trucks also would have to dispose of their own grease.
