Roman Catholic High School accepts $500,000 donation

    Roman Catholic High School has announced a $500,000 donation from a 1946 graduate to fund a scholarship and campus expansion.

    The gift, the second-largest ever given to the boys school during its 121 years, comes from Joseph J. Maskin, founder of the Maskin Management Corporation of South Jersey. Maskin passed away in 2010.
    The Joseph Maksin ’46 Scholarship, $200,000 of the gift, will help needy students, adn the other $300,000 is designated for campus expansion efforts to help accommodate the students feeding into Roman Catholic from 140 elementary schools.
