Rodney Square reopening celebrated

State leaders will dodge raindrops by moving today’s celebration of the landscape renewal project at Rodney Square in downtown Wilmington indoors.  The Delaware Center for Horticulture will host the event along with the city and the state  Department of Transportation.  The project involved removing sickly trees along the square and installing new “urban forestry technologies” under the newly replaced sidewalks to keep the new trees healthy.
