Rita’s opens for the season
Rita’s Water Ice on Ridge Avenue in Roxborough opened for the season on Friday with a half price sale. Despite the warm day, the first customers of 2011 picked up their water ice from the drive-thru. Customers took time to sample the newly introduced flavors, Mango-Orange and Strawberry Cheesecake, before ordering.(Max Matza/For NewsWorks)
