Giving bling

    It’s better to give than to receive, and someone in Wilkes-Barre knows it. 

    The Salvation Army says a generous donor dropped a pair of rings into one of its red kettles on Black Friday.

    The charity says it received a diamond engagement ring and a wedding band rolled up in a dollar bill. The rings were appraised at about $600.
