Reward increased to $75k for information on school abduction

As officials continue their investigation into last week’s abduction of a 5-year-old girl from her West Philadelphia school, community leaders and politicians have rallied to raise the reward for information pertaining to the case.

According to Philly.com, the reward is now $75,000, thanks in part to the office of 8th District State Senator, Anthony Hardy Williams who recently donated $30,000 to the cause. Williams represents the district where the kidnapping took place. The NAACP Philadelphia, Philadelphia Black Clergy, and other community leaders donated an additional $10,000.

Anyone with information may contact the Special Victims Unit at 215-685-3251 or the police tip line at 215-686-8477.
