Repairs begin on crack found on City Hall
Repairs have begun on the crack found a few weeks ago at City Hall. Center City-based Keating Construction Co. has set up scaffolding, and explained to Fox29 how the crew will go about repairs.
Five pins will be inserted up front and four along the back of the crack in the marble to seal up what officials believe is the result of the summer earthquake. The crack was found last month and tower tours were quickly suspended.
