Red Cross responds to house collapse on Cecil B. Moore Ave.

    A spokesman for the American Red Cross Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter says it is continuing to help 14 people after a home collapsed in North Philadelphia last night.

    According to the Red Cross, the home collapsed on the 3200 block of Cecil B. Moore Avenue.

    The people inside have been placed in the Red Cross House-Center for Disaster Recovery.

    The Red Cross says it his providing financial assistance to the victims to help with food and clothing.
