Disturbing pattern
Philadelphia police are investigating a pattern of sexual assaults along North Broad Street. The suspect is being described as going after women emerging from cabs in the early-morning hours, reports WHYY’s Tom MacDonald.
Pollice say with the upcoming holidays, women should be extremely cautious when traveling. The suspect is described as an African-American, 5’8″, and his late 20’s to early 30’s.
One incident occurred near Broad and Girard. The other was near Broad and Fairmount.
