‘Queen Elizabeth’ hands out roses at Market East Station

    Get used to seeing the queen of England around Philly.

    There’s an upbeat Queen Elizabeth impersonator in town these days to promote the upcoming British-themed Philadelphia Flower Show, and she was at Market East Station Thursday handing out roses for Valentine’s Day.

     

    The queen and her court of 20 life-size replicas greeted passengers this morning and helped them begin the day with a little something sweet.
