Poll finds fewer high school students interested in science careers

    About half of high school students aren’t interested in pursuing careers in science, and that number is down 9 percent this year.

    Health & Science reporter Taunya English talked with University of the Sciences provost Russell DiGate about the dwinidling interest in the field and his reaction to the poll that found about 50 perecent of ninth- through 12th-graders will look for careers in other fields.
