Police say fatal teen shooting began with tensions in school

Police say the shooting that left two teenagers dead overnight in Juniata resulted from tensions that began on Facebook and in their Kensington Avenue school.

Two 14-year-olds were killed and two others were wounded when they were shot in a car parked near Castor Avenue and Luzerne Street. The shootings capped an especially violent day in Philadelphia.

WHYY/NewsWorks’ Lizz Fiedler will have details for us later on the case and a person of interest.
