Police need help identifying shooter, victims in West Oak Lane robbery caught on tape

Philadelphia Police are searching for one suspect and two victims in a robbery which devolved into a shooting at a Chinese food store on Ogontz Avenue around 10 p.m. Wednesday.

According to police, an unknown man forced the two victims back into the West Oak Lane store as they tried to leave and demanded that they empty their pockets.

Before leaving, the gunman fired once in the store and ran to the corner but decided to return. He then fired about five shots into the store, striking one victim, police said.

The suspect is described as a thin, 5-foot-9 African-American male wearing a black leather jacket and knitted hat.
