Police arrest second teen seen in vandalism video
Philadelphia police have arrested a second teenager seen vanadlizing South Philadelphia property in a YouTube video.
The 17-year-old faces criminal mischief charges, the Inquirer reports, and was arrested last night after agreeing to be interviewed by police. A 16-year-old was arrested Tuesday night.
Both were seen in videos they posted to Youtube damaging property around their South Philadelphia neighborhood.
