Martin Luther King High School’s Class of 2013 graduated during a ceremony held at Temple University’s Liacouras Center on Thursday night.

In front of droves of family and friends, just over 200 newly minted alumni were urged on by words from Principal William Wade and keynote speaker Rev. Dr. Alyn E. Waller of Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church.

Next year, the halls of the West Oak Lane school will be filled not only by current underclassmen, but those assigned to MLK due to the closing of nearby Germantown High School.
