Philly Council talks complete streets, Paulsboro gets a visit from Congress

    Good morning, Feeders!

    We’re shaking things up today and sending Azusa Uchikura to the Philly City Council hearing. Members will talk about the Complete Streets bill, among other things.

    Emma Jacobs is headed to Paulsboro, N.J., where members of Congress will tour the site of last week’s train derailment.

    Lizz Fiedler is checking in on Montgomery County Commission Bruce Castor, who may run against Pa. Gov. Tom Corbett in 2014.
