Philly Council talks complete streets, Paulsboro gets a visit from Congress

    Good morning, Feeders!

We’re shaking things up today and sending Azusa Uchikura to the Philly City Council hearing. Members will talk about the Complete Streets bill, among other things.

Emma Jacobs is headed to Paulsboro, N.J., where members of Congress will tour the site of last week’s train derailment.

Lizz Fiedler is checking in on Montgomery County Commission Bruce Castor, who may run against Pa. Gov. Tom Corbett in 2014.

Peter Crimmins will head to the National Constitution Center this afternoon for the announcement of the new board chairman, and he’ll also check into a new guide to Philly restaurants based on how well workers are treated.

And if you haven’t already, check out Emma Jacobs’ story on how police departments in the area are using Pinterest to help catch criminals.
