Philly Council addresses capital program budget, SAT security gets tighter

    Tom MacDonald is tied up with Philly City Council today as the budget talks turn toward capital programs.

    Peter Crimmins will catch up with an out-of-town First Person Arts performer who’s tackling the news, and giving us a preview of what to expect from the next Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts.
    Kevin McCorry and Emma Jacobs are talking about IDs. Kevin will look into tighter SAT regulations, while Emma finds out how college students might be affected by Pennsylvania’s voter ID law.

    And Carolyn Beeler is catching up with a local hospital that’s leading the study to treat the blood illness known as sepsis.
