Philly begins conversation on tobacco regulation

Should multi-family housing be smoke free? What about public parks? Should stores near schools be prohibited from selling tobacco?

Theses are some of the questions being asked of the public at our Smoke Signals forum series — a partnership with the city Department of Public Health and the Penn Project for Civic Engagement.

Tonight marks the second in the series, in which the public will be asked to consider various types of tobacco regulations for the City of Philadelphia. Some have been tried in other cities; some are entirely new.
