Philadelphians leave their mark on ‘NOH8 Campaign’

Couples, singles and even kids crowded Penn’s LGBT Center Friday to have their faces painted and mouths taped shut in support of the NOH8 Campaign.

The national movement in response to defeat of Proposition 8 in California came to Philadelphia, inviting those supporting LGBT rights to participate in the photo shoot.

NewsWorks partner Philadelphia Weekly has video from the shoot, which will use proceeds to fund anti-discrimination efforts through media.
