    The city of Philadelphia is working to keep the streets clear through the latest snowstorm.

    Mayor Nutter says the city is keeping a careful eye on the progression of the storm and will do whatever is necessary to handle any snow accumulation.

    Nutter: The snow emergency is still in effect, do not park on snow emergency routes, your vehicle will be towed, ticked and relocated never a pleasant experience. This is an issue about public safety and that generally trumps everything else.
