Mayor Nutter says the city is keeping a careful eye on the progression of the storm and will do whatever is necessary to handle any snow accumulation.
Nutter: The snow emergency is still in effect, do not park on snow emergency routes, your vehicle will be towed, ticked and relocated never a pleasant experience. This is an issue about public safety and that generally trumps everything else.
The mayor says when it comes to snowfall, smaller is better and that fewer inches of snow will be better for the city’s budget problems.
