Philadelphia Sinfonia youth orchestra plays for packed room in Germantown [gallery]

The award-winning Philadelphia Sinfonia youth orchestra headed to Germantown on Sunday to play in front of a packed room at the First Presbyterian Church on Chelten Avenue. 

 

The ensemble is led by former Germantown Friends School music department chair Gary White and features many local players including Claire Cohen of Chestnut Hill, Branch Buehler of Mt. Airy, Lydia Harvey of Germantown, Isabella Dickstein of Germantown and Emma Flickinger of Roxborough.
