Philadelphia officials provide update on city’s coronavirus plans

Philadelphia officials provided an update on the city’s coronavirus preparations at 2 p.m. at City Hall.

There are no confirmed coronavirus cases in Philadelphia.

Mayor Jim Kenney said, “We regularly work with our hospital and health care communities to prepare for this type of situation, so we’re confident that if we get a case, our response will be ready and appropriate.”
