PECO: Power restored to all but 8,000

    As of 11 a.m., PECO had restored power to all but about 8,000 customers. Yesterday at 4 p.m., that number was 25,000.

    Most customers are expected to have power back by tonight, and a few others should be up and running by the weekend. Here’s the county breakdown:

    Bucks County: 1,700
    Chester County: 1,600
    Delaware County: 3,200
    Montgomery County: 1,500
    Scattered outages remain in Philadelphia and York counties
