A train car has derailed in Paulsboro, Gloucester County, New Jersey. One car jumped the track going into the Valero refinery, according to initial reports from the scene.

The refinery is located on Billingsport Road. First responders say the car is empty and that there are no injuries.

Conrail spokesman John Enright says the refinery and a contractor were getting the car off the road.

This is the second time in less than a year that a train has gone off the tracks in Paulsboro. On November 30, a train derailed spilling 100,000 pounds of toxic vinyl chloride into the air.
