Overturned truck restricting traffic heading into Philadelphia on the Ben Franklin Bridge

An overturned truck is backing up rush-hour traffic on a busy Philadelphia bridge.

The tractor-trailer carrying a shipping container crashed on the Ben Franklin Bridge around 6 a.m. Friday, blocking two lanes into the city.

Traffic is backed up across the span to Camden, New Jersey
