Old Town Hall
The Delaware Historical Society recently completed renovations on a special building on Market Street. The Old Town Hall was the seat of Government for over 100 years. Anyone can take you on a tour, but leave it to First Experience to checkout some of it’s secrets and a hidden darker side as well.
