Officials suspect arson in string of car fires

    Six cars were set ablaze in four separate locations in the Juniata and Kensington sections of the city early Saturday morning.

     

    According to NBC10, officials are suspecting arson.

    Three of the four car fires were reportedly set around 3:15 a.m. on Saturday morning. Two were reported in Kensington; one on the 1000 block of Estaugh Street and the second at the intersection of Kensington Avenue and Ontario Street.

    The third fire was reported at the intersection of Hunting Park Avenue and Markland Street in Juniata.

    The fourth was lit around 4 a.m. at the intersection of Castor Avenue and Bristol Street.
