Occupy Philly spends day 3 with march to Liberty Bell

On Saturday, protesters with Occupy Philly moved away from their space outside of City Hall and headed east to Old City, marching towards the Liberty Bell.

The Associated Press reports hundreds were part of the march, which began Saturday afternoon and made its way to Independence Plaza Mall.

Once in Old City, speakers addressed the large crowd and were greeted with cheers and chants.

The Occupy Philly movement began Thursday and is modeled after the Occupy Wall Street movement. Several other protests in other cities have also taken place.
