Occupy Philly puts a damper on City Hall’s touring business

    First the crack, now this.

Tours have slowed at City Hall because, well, there are hundreds of people living in tents all around it.

Tour operator Greta Greenberger tells KYW business has slowed since the Occupy Philly crowd moved in and security began blocking off City Hall entrances.
Anyone looking for a tour, which is run through the Independence Visitor Center and doesn’t generate revenue for the city, must now go through a security entrance and then through the corridors.

The occupiers will be there awhile. Is there something that can be done to better promote the City Hall tours?
