Obesity in kids: it’s not all about diet and exercise

    One in three American kids is overweight or obese. Obesity is especially common among poor children. Experts are looking at this issue from many different perspectives.

    What are kids eating? How much exercise are they getting? Some researchers suggest that stress also plays an important role.
