Nutter vetoes DROP bill

    Mayor Michael Nutter has vetoed the bill that would make changes to but keep DROP in Philadelphia.

    NBC10 reports Nutter has vetoed the changes Council passed last week that would adjust the benefits calculations to lower the overall cost. Nutter wants the program gone, period.
