Some good news this morning: turns out politicians can get along, and make good on their promises to boot.
Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter had a wager with San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, and when the Phillies lost, so did he.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Nutter wore a Giants baseball hat Thursday to make good on a National League championship bet.
He wore the black cap with the rival ‘SF’ logo while serving breakfast to veterans yesterday – and a lucky vet got to keep it.
