Norristown Area School District paper shortage rumor not true

Good news for Norristown Area High School. The Times Herald reports that rumors of the school running out of copy paper is not true.

Rather than begin stored in the school, papers and other educational supplies were kept at the administration building, due to construction being done on the high school and Gotwals Elementary School this summer, Anne Marie Rohricht, the chief financial officer of Norristown Area School District said.

The school board ordered 840 cases of paper in June, but only 60 cases of paper were delivered in September, prompting rumors that the high school was “out of paper.”

Well if there was ever a time to consider going fully paperless, that would have been it.
