No new taxes? We’ve heard that one before.

Hurray! Last Tuesday, Mayor Nutter announced that he won’t propose any new taxes in his budget address next week.But hold on … haven’t we heard that before?

On this week’s It’s Our Money podcast, Doron Taussig explains to Holly Otterbein why he’s afraid he’s living in the movie Groundhog Day, with the same thing happening over and over again. And if it is Groundhog Day, that means this story does in fact end with some new taxes.
