Amtrak service from Phila. to N.Y. restored

    Service has been temporarily suspended on the Northeast Corridor between New York and Philadelphia. The railroad says there are power problems and trains have been returned to their nearest stations. Amtrak says crews are looking for the source of the problem. We’ll let you know when things change. 

    UPDATE: Amtrak spokesman Cliff Cole says the railroad is resuming service. However, passengers should expect delays of 30 to 60 minutes.
