Nicetown CDC to discuss development plan at Thursday meeting

The Nicetown Community Development Corporation is hosting a community meeting on Thursday to explain details of its Neighborhood Development Plan.

Presenters will include representatives from the Nicetown CDC, the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority and the Philadelphia Planning Commission, along with developers and project planners.

Together, they will provide an overview of the Nicetown CDC’s 10-year development plan, along with explanations in regard to the housing application process in the residential Nicetown Courts and potential employment opportunities associated with the project.

The meeting will be held 6 p.m. Thursday at the New International Baptist Church, Germantown Ave. and Cayuga St. in Nicetown.
