    Happening in City Hall: A Public Safety Hearing is slated for 2 p.m., during which time, Philadelphia City Council is expected to push for legislation prohibiting firearms owners with out-of-state licenses from carrying in the region. Tom MacDonald will report.

    Dog days: Philadelphia is experiencing a stray animal crisis. Dog wardens are required to pick up stray dogs, but where do they go? The city’s SPCA shelters are full. Tom MacDonald will also follow this story.
