New Jersey Assembly approves bills regulating steroids, sexting

    It was all steroids and sexting in the New Jersey Assembly today, as the lawmakers considered bills that would separately regulate the use of human growth hormone and create a diversionary program for teens caught sexting.

    Both measures were passed unanimously (78-0), though the number of jokes exchanged about the two bills remains untallied.
