New digs for Delaware Senator in state capital

One down, two more to go for Delaware Senator Chris Coons (D-Del) who announced Friday he’s opening a new office in Dover next week.

“Engaging with and serving constituents is extremely important to me, so I wanted to make sure that we had an office in Kent County that was accessible to as many Delawareans as possible,” Sen. Coons said.

His new office is located in the Duncan Center, located at 500 West Loockerman Street, Suite 450 in Dover. It’s scheduled to open July 18th.

“I invite our new neighbors in Kent County to come by to say hello and let us know how we can help,” said the Freshman Senator.

Sen. Coons has set a goal of having an office in each of Delaware’s three counties by the end of this year. Coons’ office says he’s currently looking for spaces in Georgetown, to serve residents of Sussex County, with hopes of it opening this fall.
